Acceptance
By creating an account or placing an order on DhofarEats, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Who we are
DhofarEats is operated by DiscoverNew in the Sultanate of Oman.
Eligibility and account
You must be 18 or older. Provide accurate information, keep your password safe, and take responsibility for activity on your account.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in Omani Rial (OMR). The total shown at checkout — recalculated by us — is the authoritative price. A delivery fee and a minimum order may apply.
Payment
Payment is currently Cash on Delivery only. Please have the exact amount ready for the rider.
Cancellation
You can cancel while the order is still Pending. Once a restaurant accepts it, it can no longer be cancelled from the app.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary with weather, the Khareef season, and demand.
Restaurants
Menus, prices, availability, and food quality are the responsibility of each restaurant. DhofarEats provides the ordering platform.
Acceptable use and reviews
Do not use the platform for fraud, abuse, or misuse. You may review delivered orders; keep reviews honest and respectful. We may remove abusive content.
Intellectual property
The DhofarEats name, logo, and app are our property. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
Changes, governing law and contact
